2007 Mexi Tele Neck Question

    Just got a parts tele with a neck that has a 2007 serial # and a Standard style logo but it has original kluson tuners instead of the standard tuners that come on a Mexican Standard Tele. Were there any models from that era that had klusons?

    Remove one Tuner and see if the 2 dowel holes are there that are used with the Ping Sealed Tuners...5 min job, then you will know.

    If it came off a Nashville Model it would have had the vintage style tuners.

    I think the Nasville Model has a different decal/logo on the headstock? I could be wrong.. but i guess it's been changed to vintage klusons..

    looks the have been changed.. I like these tuners better. Think I'll do on mine.

    Dreaming, I think your right, the Nashville I had, a 2008, had the Spaghetti style logo, don't know if all years do or not.

    Spaghetti logo and it has a "Deluxe Series" decal as well up top.

    Thanks for the info. Someone had already suggested the Nashville Tele but I knew it came with a different logo. I'll pull a tuner off and inspect. I did actually think of that but I thought maybe someone knew about the Tele line-up and had seen this before.

    There was one that came stock with a humbucker/single pickup combo and Klusons. Not sure of the years it was made.
