I have found multiple posts on this forum and another about fakes using this same serial number JC253..

I also found what seems like this exact guitar getting an appraisal here for 15-20k in 2021. Its the same one even down the the wood grain patterns that I doubt can be copied..

Is this a fake or is it maybe its the original one that they copied the JC253 number from?

I don't know that model but the just a pure visual appraisal the relicing and finishing looks poor quality to me - steer clear

First of all, the decal looks like "John Cruz" not " John English" so that needs to be cleared up. However, the guitar looks like it could be legit, but you never know these days. People are getting pretty good a faking this stuff now.

Well a few others at the auction did not like it either so I passed. If its real the guy that paid 500 for it will rock in a huge profit..

You don’t need to look any further than the 12th fret dot spacing to know it’s not legit!
