Yeah but can he play smoke on the water? .......I can!
he's damn good thanks for posting
Antoine Boyer is also very good - he's a gypsy jazz guitarist, mostly. He makes Scarlatti sound like it was meant to be played on guitar.
What’s his name?
That was phenomenal, bravo to who ever he is.
The first player
He is excellent. I like fast electric guitar and passionate classical guitar. Here is some passionate classical guitar.
Makes me miss playing classical guitar.
Yeah he’s pretty excellent, though since I’ve seen Julian Bream and Segovia in concert before, my mind isn’t blown.
He has nice tone.
One thing I loved about focusing solely on classical, which I did for a while, is the solitary nature of it.
You’re not really thinking of bands, record labels, club owners or anything but hunkering down with the guitar and mastering these cool pieces of music.
Thanks for posting.
That's so good it's disgusting.
They all are killing it!!
I played all three at the same time, now that's the shiznick!!
I can't believe how well that went together, till the clapping!
AH! Classical guitar! My favorite!
Thanks for posting Ana Vidovic, Dug T.
This was one of the first videos I posted here. A little longer than 2 minutes, but worth it.
Here's another, one of my favorite piano pieces played on guitar
The string orchestra I play in (viola) is playing Asturias this semester. I have a terrible time counting...the first umpteen measures has the violas playing the drone...b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-...to infinity and beyond!
Since it is winter:
love that mozart sonata! I used to play that on the piano.. He does such a great job playing it I watched it twice as it looks way way harder on the guitar than the piano.
