Yes, this monstrosity is like a bad penny. It’s been on here at least 5-6 times that I can remember.

i'd rather put my bit of money on a players series tele, and forget I ever saw this monster show.

Well, it was refinished. I can see that there is something different about it, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

It's like one of those bad dreams where you buy this really cool tele off ebay and this turns up in the post. You keep asking yourself why you never noticed.....and then after you've kicked your wife in the shins a few times you wake up hoping she didn't notice.

I was about to say that it might be worth close to $2700 in parts...but then I read that even the most valuable thing in the mix....the neck... is jacked up. Half of this guitar should go into the parts bin, the other in the woodpile.

The internet and all these 100% staged “reality” shows like Pawn Stars and American Pickers have everyone convinced that anything old is valuable.

Looks like somebody tried to do with a Telecaster the same thing that was done to Bryan Giles' (of Red Fang) 1964 Mustang.

I'd forgotten about this one. Time to start forgetting all over again.
