I paid $900 for my 1980 black face DR. Handwired.
Ah that makes sense. The 1967 Pro Reverb I just picked up is stamped #48
I stand corrected about the production code...at least regarding the number of digits. It makes sense that these are batch numbers.
The End of the BF run in approximately April, 1967 was the end of the two letter date code. As for this two digit batch code, I have no thought..because again I have never paid much attention to those production codes.
I was just thinking about looking at amps online in Winnipeg, it's not that far away, a few minutes further than the Twin Cities. Then I remembered the border is closed and I lost my passport recently. Amazing what that second cup of coffee does. Lol
Technically, he's not in the "6". 905 is not in the same league. Maybe if he was in Rosedale, The Bridal Path, the Annex, Liberty Village or the Junction, where the real cork sniffers reside, he might be able to get away with that asking price.
Yes.... but he has ACCESS to all those cork sniffers... if they allow him in the neighborhood to deliver
oops that should have been "Old Flame" never owned the Encore.
