As my pedal collection is slowly growing, I am beginning to run out of 9v power outlets on my pedalboard power supply (2 left); however, I still have 3 open and unused 18v outlets available. So my question is this: what pedals out there are 18v? Such info is not always included in online catalogue descriptions, so it's hard to search for effects using that criteria alone. Any help would be much appreciated (I might also switch to a passive volume pedal to free up an outlet).

Thanks.

You would have to check, but I think some of the early versions of the Electric Mistress flanger pedal are 18V.

Most Fulltone pedals can be operated with 18v but most companies will tell you this via their websites. The best course of action would be to err on the side of caution. If the pedal or its manual does not mention the use of 18v power, than stick with 9v power or batteries.

Some of the new Digitech Hardwire series pedals can be run at 18v.

Well the 18v option is more of a question of increasing headroom before clipping if I'm not mistaken. I really do not see any benfit of this with the Supea-Trem.

most Jfet based drives like the Dirty Little Secret, The Bad Bob, FD2, OCD, Fat boost, Lizard Leg Flying Dragon, etc. the 18v gives it more headroom. that would be great for small wattage amps but not for amps with lots of headroom, IMHO because it wouldn't compress as much.

my mxr flanger runs on 18v, while my mc-401 boost will run on both 9v and 18v (18v for more headroom).

These are the effects that I'm still looking to either add to or replace on my pedal board: volume pedal (can go passive on that); phase pedal (something phase 90-ish - perhaps a phase 90 even); delay of some sort (digital or analogue); compression; noise reduction (thinking ISP Decimator); tremolo (I have my heart set on the fulltone, regardless of power); and, a tuner. So any suggestions for 18v pedals in those categories...? Again, thanks for the help and suggestions.
