Very excited earlier this evening, 1st time in 15 months we got back together in our rehearsal room (local community hall).

.... oh what transports of delight. :)

Playing at volume, real volume and trying out 'properly' new pedals, glaring at the drummer when he misses a fill, having the singer glare at me when I back-up flat :(.... Y'all know the score.... Happy Days are here again (let's hope they last) :)

But, might seriously change my mind about using a 15 watter. Vocals only through the PA tonight and needed to be within 1m of the Rocker for clarity in quiet bits!
But, on a positive note - I'm loving the sounds out of my Little Big Muff into it .... Having been a 'fuzz' type pedal denier for years

Awesome! Nothing like a raging overdrive at volume. Some things were just meant to be loud. Rock on!

1 metre is way too close. Is the amp flat on the ground? If so, your shins don't have ears and you aren't hearing it.

    Point it at your head.

Thanks for the comment @Dacious - being a single 10" speaker I do have a stand for it, although last night it was just on a chair.

But that's food for thought, you're right in that normally I would have been a bit further away from it (although I guess only an extra 1m maybe 2m).
Possibly we were all subconsciously protecting our own space - certainly no one was getting all hugger-mugger .
