It does not say it belonged to Richards. It just says it was routed for humbuckers at one time the way Richards does his Teles.
if Richards owned it at one time wouldn't the seller say that about ten times? The seller doesn't even name the portrait artist.

I guess the seller figures it's worth a shot. But I'd suggest that most people with enough money to spend $100K on a guitar didn't get that way by being stupid.

 

This 52 Tele had its vintage value destroyed by gouging out humbucker cavities.
In an effort to regain the vintage value they filled in the gouges with wood putty and got a guy to paint a silly cigarette billboard on the top. In truth Keith Richards has zero to do with this guitar. It is simply a modified 52 Tele put back to original form. They are trying to sucker a Keefer fan who has more money than brains. This guitar has no vintage value because a previous owner ruined it. It is a beautiful guitar worth probably $10K.
I think you will start to see more vintage guitars that were ruined being put back into stock condition and painted up like a hooker to disguise the disfigurement. This is the best example of that trick that I have seen so far.
