Chocolate milk is made from whole milk, not 1%, not 2%; and chocolate syrup or powder. It’s made by you just before you drink it. No store bought choco milk can compare, and I’ve bought plenty of them. It’ll do if there’s no choice, but that’s all.

It is not disputed that soy contains estrogenic compounds. There is, however, much disagreement as to whether the concentration of it in food is cause for concern.

As a kid I had an aunt and uncle living on a dairy farm. They made their choco with fresh cow milk and most of a can of Hershey’s syrup.

There's very few liquids other than water you can drink 3qts of in a day and not end up with some excess fatty deposits. I know plenty of guys with moobs that resulted from beer

I was a chocolate milk addict as a kid. I now use it sparingly as a way to make oregano oil drops palatable. A squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup, 6 drops oil of oregano stir-stir-stir, then whole milk.

Not enough milkfat or chocolate. Homemade is the only way to go, but if you're in a survival situation, such as stranded in a big bus waiting for a bunch of oldsters, sacrifices must be made.

Years back when I worked in the office a roach coach would pull up at 10am. I remember one female co-worker laughing and saying "You boys and your chocolate milk." There was a line of us waiting to pay up, all holding a carton of chocolate milk. It was a pretty good nail.

Light roast has more caffeine, so it's already stronger. I like the taste of burnt stuff though.
