    ROFLMAO! What goes on down there? Why don’t you hear stories like that from other places? :lol:

    I’ve spent some time down there when I was still active duty. We used to go down to Key West for training evolutions sometimes. The place sort of strikes me as a permanent carnival. Maybe people just party until everything breaks down and they flip out.

    Here in PRVI, we have a way higher ratio of groovy mushrooms to manure piles, and that stuff just doesn’t happen.

    Well, other than the guy who led harbour police on a low-speed chase in a water taxi the other day...
