Currently working on a Mustang 90 build (2 P90s with a 3-way toggle) with some Bootstrap Squeaky Clean soapbars, wondering what pots and cap I should use for emphasis on the mids and lows.

Talking about the cap that comes off of the 250k treble pot's wiper, and goes to the PI grid. Which way should the outside foil face? Toward the treble pot, or towards the PI grid? My guess would be outside foil should face the treble pot, but I'm looking for verification. Schematic here:
