Spanish Cedar is one of my favorite woods. You will enjoy working with it. Your design is really good looking. Should be a great guitar.
Really pretty! I wish I had the patients to do a nice finish like that.
Reverse kerfing makes me feel better too. For all the reasons you stated.
That's gonna be a very pretty guitar. Carry on.
Hey Colt, glad to see you back. Just a thought - a simple router setup could get your fretboard close enough to sand.
edit: oops, I should read...

Sounds like a fun project. Go for it.
One of my favorite songs!
That was quick. Takes me days to make a neck.
Beautiful work as always. Neck looks a little thick. You must have huge hands!
Never had a problem with mine, of course I try not to pound on it too much :)
It looks great to me. Keep it. Hell, it took you 5 years to make it, I can't wait that long for another one. :D
Good to see you back around here!
I have made quite a few zero fret necks. The strings don't even need to touch the bottom of the nut slots. They should break over the zero fret.
Make sure you get their still in the pending lawsuit.
Beautiful as always Lisa.
That's a very pretty top you have there.
Awwwww..................we're back to the nose hair shots!
Go back to bed Dave
'bout damn time. Now maybe we can get back to the toe pictures instead of the nose hair pictures......
Glad you're home Dave!
Wish I could get a haircut......
Glad to see you're getting better.
Send her to Texas! Dave has his own.
Probably busy chasing the nurses around.
A little sanding will recuperate the arm & shoulder pretty quick ;)
