    I'm old school. I like the MXR Distortion+. It's very simple compared to the latest offerings, but sounds great nonetheless.

    Why don't I like modeling amps?! What is wrong with me?

    All the modeling amps are solid state ( I imagine). The Line6 and DigiTech settings, they give it a go but you just can't transistorize the tube...
