I was able to fix it. Took the plate off again and was able to get my finger into the jack and bend the metal part.
It's a MIM 60's Baja. I took off the control plate but can't reach the jack from the inside.
When I plug a cable in it doesn’t fit snuggly and is to easy to remove. At band practice tonight I had to put some tape around it to hold it in....
Looks cool. The black guard and black pickups take it over the top.
No dilemma at all...get one of each and swap them out whenever you're ready for a new look.
