I love the neck pickup more than the bridge in my tele. But I got the best of both worlds now as you can see. Strat in the neck and quarter...
I suppose that is why they mike amps up when they are recording them, get the mike close to the speaker cone and get the best tone. This thread...

The Jensen pq10 is a great alnico speaker..I have it in my Princeton 65 ri:)
