I want to level the frets on my Jazz Bass neck, but it has back bow when unstrung. Any ideas on how to keep it straight for levelling?

You should be able to designate them both together as an aggregate device in AudioMidi setup. You can choose which inputs and outputs to use from...

I was going to suggest the C9 tuning above. Nice and swirly and chorus-ey.
HB fretless Jazz Bass here. Surprisingly good for the money. I think they vary a bit and may need tweaking sometimes.
