The headstock is an improvement in my opinion, but the new line up is bigger news. Definitely interested in trying the SGs.

The neck is really comfortable, the V is subtle, less of a V than the CP50s Strat used to own.
It's just the standard butterscotch, but I was trying out some filters on my phone!
Looks and sounds great, and weighs a fair bit, Les Paul weight! Doesn't bother me though, it's really resonant and fine on a strap.
