It looks like a genuine MIJ 62 neck but unless there is a pencil date, usually written at the neck heel, it is impossible to tell what year its from.
If it has a 50s style logo then it's probably a modded 50s classic. Send the serial off to fender and they will confirm.

The AVRI 62s had a 13 year run, 1999-2012. Explains why we all see more 52s which have been in production 1982-2017.
Its definitely a Fender Japan neck from the 80s, the whole guitar could be right with a body refinish. Tele's of this era were toploaders too.
