As Colonel Hans Landa said in Inglorious Basterds,
"Oooh, that's a bingo! Is that the way you say it, "that's a bingo?" "
Thanks Rufustelestrats, and all!

Hi Milspec, how
Hi Milspec, how's my buddy been, I hope all is well with you!
So it appears I need to disassemble the latch and find the code on its cylinder.
As an aside, after I wrote this Thread, it occurred to me if I should just simply call G&G to get one? :)
I would prefer an OEM one as close as possible (13 years have passed, so I can live with close as possible :) ) to the one that originally came with it CC :)
So far, no one has brought this up, but I will :)
IMHO, for those who see a value in having a new guitar Plek'd (and there are some guitar players that do guys), Pleking makes more sense the less a guitar costs.
As the guitar price becomes more expensive ($1,500.00 +) and using a Custom Shop...
I'm curious how Pleking affects the resale value of a guitar.
I'm sure many of you would NEVER buy a guitar without playing it, but the world is a changin', and I suspect more guitars are now purchased online than at brick and mortar stores.
Regardless, I'll use an American Ultra...
As this Forum LOVES classic, older Fender Guitars Ricky, Milspec could buy a used pre-1980's car, and if it's been maintained well, it would be a GREAT one to own!
I'll bite :)
If a store had two used same color Telecasters, and they both played/felt the same, were in the same condition, and one was Made in Mexico, and the other was Made in America, and they were the same price, which would YOU buy, and WHY?
That's why I said "neither of us would try to silence those who think THEIR country is great as well!" :)
Again, damn it, you are IMHO 100% correct in that ALL countries in the world do, and SHOULD have "national pride" if they truly love their country!
Thanks G.Rotten (I'm a middle child, and I learned quickly how to compromise peacefully with my siblings :)!
What's that guitar you're playing in your Avatar Image?
Thanks again!
Jerry
I respect your feelings BigDaddyLH, and please feel free to contribute in ANY way to this Thread, whether it be to answering my OP, or ANY direction that you want to go is fine with me, and I promise I will take NO offense regardless of what you say!
Jerry
To be specific G.Rotten, I used the word "made" and "assembled" in the same sentence twice, and those two sentences asked:
1) Could some parts be MADE elsewhere, but as long as the guitar is ASSEMBLED in America, does that fit the definition?
2) If so, and as I'm not sure if Nash uses all...
It makes my heart happy to know that someone else (as well as a few others) GOT what I was asking (and I was not trying to start ANY trouble Rockinvet) :)
Thanks!
Jerry
There you go again :)
I am curious, do you have a problem with the USA being the USA, Canada being Canada, Mexico being Mexico, Germany being Germany, etc., but regardless, I truly respect your views, as well as others views, and if one does or does not think about this "Continental Divide"...
Hi telemnemonics, how's my buddy been, and I truly hope all is well with you!
Aside from the affection I do have for you, I have to ask a question :) :) :) :)
My I see some form of Official Documentation that gave you the power to determine that my (or ANY tdpri member's) Thread Title is...
