What all would I need to alter outside of the bridge and pickguard? Would i need to rout some cavity out for the battery? I've found a bridge that would seat a humbucker, and a pickguard too. I also already have the wiring kit for a LP with 2T/2V setup. Thanks guys!

Where would I find Mylar? I've never heard of it outside of balloons used for birthday parties. I've seen the business card trick used in loads of shimming videos, and you would obviously hide it and not let the edges flow out of the gap between the neck and body right?

I've done that and the frets are level all the way down. Using a fret rocker.
