Hi
Got a scope from a nice older gentlemen nearby yesterday.
We chatted quite a while. Only his dog didn’t like me and bit me slightly in the back of my calf :)
But it was well worth the pain.
Can’t wait to look at some waveforms
Including 1:10 Probe withstanding 500V… but I’ll likely build an...
... is what I said after yesterday night's pre-X-Mas rehearsal went so well to my rhythm guitarist after asking him to put my amp in standby just to watch him turning the voltage selector switch from 220 (where he wiggled it after I had asked him the first time to put into standby starting at...
Hello Tube experts

Hi low-end fanatics!

the 1-15 sound...

Hi
need advise from the vast knowledge here on my plans for my Silvertone 1448 guitar. I love this guitar.

but yesterday I actually measured the relief / bow the first time - and it is...
Hi again
it seems I need to remove the springs in the bridge to get rid of some annoying buzz / sizzle on the lower E and A strings on my basses…
As I am fairly new to bass, is this a common problem and is there a better cure than removing the springs?
or am I hearing something that is not...
Hej!
After getting a little more serious about being a bassist - and by now actually playing in two bands (wait, I can’t even play that great yet, … seems like everyone needs a bassist) I am ditching my Squier and playing this now.

… which is actually trying to get rid of some gear.
First all went well, selling pickups for half of the retail price.
Then, I started to ship two of my guitars - on other ppls request.
First, other person thinks I am some kind of music shop and wants to return because he does not like the...

Hi TDPRI amp experts,
hope this finds you in good health!
After finishing the restoration of my Rivera Super Champ, I could not help but buy a Princeton Reverb II off the bay recently. Playing it did sort of disappoint me.. Not at all like the Super Champ. Especially the lead channel is a...

Threads by Bendya and Wally encouraged me to start servicing my 80's Super Champ, see avatar. THANK YOU!
Originally, I only wanted to recap it...
