Last time I ordered a bridge from Glendale, the bottom was so uneven, the front stuck up 1/4" when I fastened the screws to the body.
I wouldn't dye the pine. I would spray a tinted clear coat. You will get much nicer results
I much prefer a 3/16" roundover. 1/4" looks kind of off, imho.
Are you certain it doesn't just need leveled Nd recrowned?

On thin pieces like a fretboard, its more likely the rollers would pinch it and for the ends up.
On thicker pieces this works pretty good though....
You are either spraying too wet or too heavy. You will need to make adjustments until you get a good clean wet pass without sags and runs.
Thats probably blush from water in the windex. You can use a blush eraser to get rid of it.
I would also have to glue on some extended sides to avoid snipe. My planer sucks. Its on the list to be upgraded.
