    Get one. I own 9 Tele's including my Hahn, and the Hahn is the only one I play. Chihoe is a really nice guy, and easy to work with.

    Normal wound but less bright (Bridge)

    I'd try an Alnico 2 or 3 pickup. Alnico 2 would be the least bright.

    Anybody ever re-wound/un-wound a pickup?

    Before I started winding my own, I used to do this a lot, actually. Just becareful when you start unwinding the wire that you don't break it short...
