Mike, a while back you had a post with a film-o-sound cab and a Lil Texas neo speaker. Just curious if you still use this setup and how you like it? I have a Toneblock 202 with their 12" Dock Block. I think the amp seems pretty good, but the speaker/cab is very bright while also having a ton of bass. Looking for something a little warmer and less extreme at on the treble and bass sides. Thanks for any input.

I still have it but never took it to a gig, I just play it at home. I use it with a Mark DV amp. It sounds good. I also ave a Vox cab (from a broken Vox amp) with a Swamp Thang that I use with the Mark amp. I am used to a Cannabis Rex in my Princeton I gig with so that may affect my opinion. The Lil Texas seems to have a bit less bottom end than the other two But is not overly bright with my setup.

Saw your MIA Cabronita with the Callaham saddles in one of the threads here. Man, that's sweet. I've never had a Cabronita, but I'd sure like to buy one of those. Where did you get it, and are they still available? (I ask because I've heard that Fender discontinued them).

I bought the body on craigslist and it had TV Jones Powertrons in it. I added the Callaham bridge and made a flame maple / wenge board neck and tortise pickguard and back plate for it. I play this guitar a lot at gigs.

      Mike,
There is a craigslist add for an (old?) telecaster and fender twin out in apache junction. posted about an hour ago. if it's legit and still available, you might want to check it out. I can't get out there.
Let me know what you find out.
