    I also forgot to add that Allparts Necks come undrilled, so you can't really pin that on them.

    That is curious....I've worked with and handled hundreds of Allparts necks, and don't ever recall seeing one that was as you describe....Not doubting your findings, just seems odd.

    I'm not really sure I understand your Quest ?....but be aware that all those Early Guitars were hand shaped & sanded, and sizes were all over the Map. Nacho's Excellent Book only covers a very small sample of what was produced.
