Hello Kevin, I recently read a a forum thread where you described the Fender 1951 Telecaster Fat "U" Shape replacement neck. I was considering ordering one of these necks. Have you ever measured the neck? If so, could you tell how deep the neck actually is? Also, what is the actual neck width at the 1st fret and at the heel?

      Thanks a lot!

I will give it a measure as it's currently off the guitar while I'm sanding it down to respray it with tinted nitro.

If I don't reply by end of tomorrow, give me a nudge to remind me.

        Hello Arrigo!

I have measured my neck and at the 1st fret (fingerboard to the back of the neck) is 0.9800" deep.

Width at the 1st fret: 1.6875"
        Width at heel : 2.2060"

        I hope that helps. :)
