Did you boost low frequencies and cut highs? That could certainly make it sound fatter. When I use an EQ it is usually to cut out stuff...

@fendrguitplayr - the chords at the beginning really build the intensity and when you get to playing riffs the intensity continues....

It's not the tone. It's the dorian scale and that one repeated riff, like ASATKat said.
