        yup. all good. super busy at work and we managed to be spared by the creek fire (our cabin) we finally get up tomorrow (permit) to winterize and begin clean up. it will be interesting to see. How are you doing?

        Don’t recall the last time we communicated, but we have a 4 year old daughter.
        Yeah, first time dad at 63, now 67.
        She’s truly a handful.
        We’re in San Jose now.

        hope to get some pics today. My wife's uncle is a congressman, and he is able to get up to 'survey' the damage, so we sent him a list of cabins we want pics of (friends etc) so we can know we are okay. I think we are... the FF cut exactly the firebreak we have been requesting for 5 years... they did it in a day and a half and I have 10 cabin owners who have signed up to spend 2 days a summer keeping it intact.
