I think I am going to put this in the shop and ask them to use the original stuff if possible. Since you obviously are familiar with this amp, can you give me your thoughts and opinion regarding this amp?

Hello. I just acquired an Epi Comet EA-32 RVT this morning. The serial is A015682. Can you help me figure out what year it was made? The reverb does not appear to be connected and pots are a bit scratchy, and it's quite dirty. But overall, I think it sounds pretty good. Seems to break up well.
