Aria Telecaster 1973 1582T

1973 Aria 1582T This is the only 1582T I've seen with two single coils. Any thoughts/advice/factoids?

That is beautiful and mint looking. I don’t know that specific guitar, but own two 70’s MIJ strats with Maxon pickups. They clang and chime like no other sets I own. They are the ‘straty-est’ sounding pickups I own.

I love the idea of a regular 3-way toggle on a Tele, rather than a three way slider switch.

@TheGoodTexan I'm actually a HUGE fan of vol vol tone on teles. I had a Greco Spacey Sounds thin line that was set up this way and it was perfect for me. I generally dial in a sound I like and don't do much switching around. Blending volumes works for me. I'm building a thin line (no f-hole) and bought a plate with three holes (VVT) and no switch. I'll have questions because I'm considering putting a P90 at the neck (standard bridge pup), but I'm trying to figure out exactly what pots and cap I'll need. I'm also toying with the idea of giving up on the P90 and putting in a Maxon pup from one of the disassembled Grecos I have. Thoughts?
