Anybody know if the CS does pickup rewinding? In other words, if I sent them a bridge pup from a different manufacturer and said "hey can you rewind this so it sounds like a '52 blackguard pup" would they do it?

I do not know... but I really doubt it, especially if it is not a Fender pickup.
You are gonna have to cut off all the windings, prolly replace the magnets with the type for a 52 pickup... what do you have left of the non Fender pickup? Only the fiberboard (or plastic) flatwork?

What kind of pickup do you have? Is it not a Telecaster style pickup?

Why not just buy a set of Fender custom shop Nocaster pickups?

Franlin probably would do it, and do a great job of it also.

I bet it would be cheaper to buy a good pick-up....

They would recommend you purchase a new one. And, you are in luck. They already make and sell them. Check out Fender Original Vintage pickups. BTW, I bought a used set for $50. Since then, I've seen them around $70 a set new. They are excellent pickups, OEM in the Fender 52RI Tele.

Now, if you had an actual 52 bridge pickup that was broken, people like Don Mare or Lindy Fralin might want to get involved in rewinding it. But you have to figure, cost wise, that the time they would spend to do the job right would be about the same as the time they would spend winding several sets of new pickups.
