it's Saturday, it's raining here, we are lazy, so Netflix rules the day. and I bet i'm not the only one. so what are you binging?

we watched the whole of "dead to me" and now are 3 episodes into "imposters". of the two, I like "imposters" better. it's about a super con woman who marries rich men and women, cleans out their money and disappears. 3 of her marks are trying to band together and hunt her down. it's fun and funny.

Lately, it's been 'The Great British Bake Off'.

We're on the last season of our second go-through of the series.

Last season contestant Kim-Joy is an absolute hoot, and one hell of a pastry artist...

We don't watch TV shows so we binge on movies, like on Christmas Day we watched most of the Predator/Alien movies. Sometimes we will binge on the old James Bond Movies , Dirty Harry movies or Jaws movies, stuff like that.

I like to binge on old Westerns, WW2 movies or Zombie and horror movies.

If not that just my usual YouTube live concert binges of my favorite bands/players.
That binge is never ending and happens daily with short breaks in between sessions.

I've been "kinda" binge-ing on Netflix and Prime British mystery type shows. I've been a fan of PBS's Mystery since the seventies, when Vincent Price hosted. Some of these are so-so, some are good, and some are outstanding. Most require a substantial "suspension" of logic and reality, but are so well acted that it's still enjoyable. The only REAL downside is British TV audio is far inferior to most American productions. For those of us with hearing disabilities, there's WAY TOO MUCH extraneous background noise and sound quality issues.

    I sometimes rewatch the Sopranos.
    It’s very “foreign” to me.
    I’m southern and simple.
    Yes, simple/uncomplicated.
I find it fascinating how the (brilliantly drawn) characters are so human, and monstrous.
So I sometimes watch a few episodes.

I've found precious little to watch on Netflix. Started 'Dead To Me' last night and turned it off after two episodes... it isn't bad, I just don't care what happens to any of them. I'm only waiting for 'Stranger Things 3' in July, then we'll re-evaluate.

I'll probably just rewatch a bunch of Marvel movies, post-Endgame.

I just started on 'Goliath' with Billy Bob Thorton.
Only 2 episodes in so far. Think I'm gonna like it.

Still working through GoT and then it’s on to Chernobyl. Netflix is on the back burner for now as the hotel I am in has HBO Go for free. :)

If I'm binging, it is a loaf of homemade sourdough French bread. Yup, I can eat a whole loaf in one seating.

My last real binge was the Buffy series, all seasons. Took a couple of days. This was a long time ago. Generally I don't binge, but I watch a lot of documentaries. I can binge the Ken Burns docs on the Civil War, Viet Nam and prohibition over and over.
