Meet the Fano Alt de Facto GF6

    http://www.fanoguitars.com/altdefactoGF6.html

And the good thing about Fano guitars is that they'll build you one according to your exact wishes, don't like p-90's no problem they'll make you one with wide range humbuckers.

They also have a bass version.

There are some very nice gits on that site. I'm assuming all custom builds?

I love what Fano is doing.

I played one of his guitars and was amazed!
    Great guitars!

IS the guitar 25 1/2" scale?

I dont think it is-- that is far from Starcaster territory

The pickguard seems oddly-shaped, but the bass is making my pants tight.

I don't like it personally. I like symmetry, and that looks like a 335 with a droopy side.

Bones, the Fano guitar looks very similar to a Fender Starcaster. The pic Purpletele posted is of an actual Starcaster, so you can see the similarities.

Assymetry is one thing. But the offset F-holes? I can't get past it. And I've never laid a tape measure on a guitar, anywhere.
