Since no one has submitted a track ,I'll post this track for this week.Enjoy!
Thanks, Mike! No problems with them changes, this time .
Not my greatest effort but what a fun track to jam with! Thanks Mellencaster.
For this track, a Telecaster and Mesa Express blues mode seemed appropriate.
Hope you enjoy.
@Wayfaring Pilgrim : solid rock´n roll playing with a more modern sound; reminds me a little bit of Cactus, though Bogert and Appice would have played it differently.
@Wayfaring Pilgrim Solid rock playing , nice raw southern rockin tone. Good vibe all through.
@udoering Remind me of a Louisianna blues with a little of Cajun country style and to add another for solid playing .Rhythmic lines and sweet tones , a cool track to listen too.
Just my tele ,Guitar Rig 5 and a Marshall Plex style preset with a studio reverb slap back.
This one is kicking my tail hard.
Just slow the tempo down, I was thinking of doing it.
@Mellencaster : a beautiful track, Mike. I love the sound and your bluesy playing style on this.
Thank goodness it's a short track.

It's evident you had fun!
- You brought some Rock ideas to this swingy track.
- Really solid. Great Bluesy lines.
@Mjark : I like that you did not let the tempo strain yourself, and I like your mixture of rock´n roll and melodic major lines!
@estreet : after your last video postings I exspected something like this, e.g. this kind of playing and your precision. Very nice!
@Mjark You have a very good techinal sense of mixing the minor and the major in your phrasing , I always enjoy listening to your takes and liked how you've got the intro and outro lines down pretty good.
@estreet You've nailed this track nicely with a 50s vibe from start to end .Well played Carl.
The last track I posted was indeed challenging for the changes.
Here's mine. Baja 60s Telecaster. (Maybe I was a little heavy on the limiter)
Here's mine. I had to give my slide playing a bit of a work out on this one since it was fast. It was a challenge. I used my Rondo SX STL-50 (neck P90), Ammoon Opti-Comp, SansAmp, Trelicopter and Mosky Spring Reverb. The slide show is vintage apple crate ads.
I don't start playing until about 20 seconds in and I chopped the outro part off. I couldn't come up with anything I liked to play over them.
JCL50 The intro and the outro was very nice and love the tone . Very solid playing all through JC!
bgmacaw Great idea, the slide gives it a cool western swing sound .Nicely done.
@JCL50 : good track! Mike is right with every word!
@bgmacaw : yes, very unique! I would never thought of this. Sounds good!
