Currently I am using it to push a Marshall-esque amp. I have heard treble boosters can work into Fenders if they are compressing, but how about a dual rec? I am using the clean channel, but adding gain. Will that sound good? Thank you

Treble booster adds boost and treble.
IMO, they work best with an overdriven amp or in conjunction with a drive pedal.
I very much dislike a Tube Screamer, but I LOVE it with a treble booster after it.
I have a Beano Boost, but it's noisy, especially in joints with dirty power.
I find the lowly, cheapo Electro-Harmonix LPB1 does about the same thing.

Tried this today; sounds pretty killer! Also, I like the cleans better too. Using a little bit of overdrive on the amp, pushing it with my treble booster.

dig up some of the old vids of fleetwood mac, when Peter Green was still with them.

notice how the PUPs on his les paul are below ground level on the bass end. worked with fenders and marshalls.

no pedals were hurt in the making of this posting.

    Another convert.
I was so happy when I discovered this.
I was never much of a pedal guy, so it surprised me that 2 pedals together could sound better than one.
