Why do people use Strats for weirdo builds? Yawn. At least use a Tele to piss everybody off. :)

Only in the places you wear off the finish I guess. ;) Brings interesting concept in my mind to a relic path...

"I like your tie die shirt"

"Oh, that just from my Strat..."

    "What's a Strat? "

I found a bunch of colored pencils, half of them were made out of ash, and the other half were made out of alder. Wonder what that is all about?

Ever wonder if little kids argue about "Tone Crayons" on their coloring web forums?

I could swear someone did this but with Home Depot pencils in a TDPRI build challenge.

I'd like to see someone use crayons.

actually I think it's pretty cool... but, then I'm the whacko that makes guitars from stuff the termites wouldn't touch... Hey, here's an Idea, I wonder if anyone has thought of making one from a solid piece of wood? Now there's a thought..:p

It was brought up during a discussion years ago.

    The choice was made:

    http://www.tdpri.com/threads/guitarbuilders-2012-challenge-build-thread-completed.318044/

At the time there was a local news guy making copies of famous buildings in toothpicks which was the impetus for this one. The challenge was too short for matchsticks or toothpicks, so craftsticks were the logical choice. The knobs were multi colored sticks.
