Here's a track that Mark created and offered it for this week .In his own words "
It's a loop, single drum hits and live bass on top. It took me half the day
to do it. I've never tried to do this before." Sounds very good Mark!. So let the music begin!

Download to your DAW or portable digital recorder and go for it.

Thanks for the backing Mark ...
Di'd with Zoom Multi-Stomp on 'Governor' +AC30 simulation... Played on Yamaha SGV300 which is a more versatile guitar than one might think.

Here is mine. The sound after the first third was an accident; I activated a ME80-preset without intention.

@NWinther : modulated indeed! Nice playing with occasional surprises, as usual.
@Mjark : well played, Mark! Nice Strat sound with a little hair, not too thin!
@estreet : is it possible that your guitar was not quite in tune? Aside from that, very well played. Your crunchy sound fits well with the track.

Well, good! Chorus or Phase? I can't tell the difference any more.

I've never seen a SGV30 before! It sounds better than it looks! I take it you used the bridge humbucker? Nicely played over a somewhat shaky track.

But a happy accident! The introduction was especially cool, it sounded like keys. Nice octaves.

Because they were keys :) I added an e-piano and a little organ.

The increase (modulate) worked well with your playing and tone.

Yes you did! What were you quoting at 1:12 (if anything) Allmans?

@fendrguitplayr : hah! I also had the autowah on the shortlist! Sounds good with that track. Nice melodious playing throughout. 1:12 reminds of old James Bond movie soundtrack.
