bumped into this on the web
thought it exceptional.
Anyone want to help break it down?
That was killer.
He assuredly doesn’t need a pedal steel guitar player.
Wow! He really has the technique and feel down. Love the heavy reverb. I heard a little Chet, a lot of Roy, and his own thing. My only complaint is it's too short.
Very nice! Thanks for posting
Anyone want to take a stab at tabbing some of the grips / bends?
Cant figure out some, and some are standard....
OMG! Well, I'm not touching my guitars the rest of the day....Fantastic and very tasteful!
is he a member here? He SHOULD be!
Perfect. That was frickin' CLINIC.
This is also slick:
Jarmo, you da man.
We're not worthy! <on knees bowing>
I have an old Jeff Newman pedal steel lesson with backing track for this song. This sounds a lot like it in the phrasing, etc. Maybe he rearranged that lesson for 6-string guitar.
This guy gets that thick, yet twangy tone that isn't remotely dull/lacking highs. I wonder how he does it.
Ok, THAT was humbling.....wow.
excellent rendition of Crazy ! Well I say he does need to be with a Steel player, one of equal proficiency !
