This show is proof of just how much ridiculous abuse a rifle can survive.

Those Texas guys who brought a Henry Golden Boy into the swamp...what were they thinking? :D

It's hard not to. I know they're not endangered anymore, but my tendency to root for the underdog puts me on the side of the gators.

When the dude from Texas fell out of the airboat right next to the big gator, I thought we might get to see some natural selection in action....

...and I thought I was the only one that noticed the Henry:) Seriously, though, I wanna still love the show, but it jumped the shark last year and started to seem really "scripted." The first season is still classic though-much more in the vein of Documentary than Reality TV.

This show isn't as exciting after you watch Gator Boys. The Gator Boys are nuts.

Also, they need to be showing more of Willy. In my opinion he makes the show. I can only take so much of "It's a tree shaker" or "Shoot Shoot Shoot". Willy just pulls out his pocket knife and that's all she wrote.

Why is Troy "shoooot em" always wearing the same shirt? I mean its like the third season with that same blue striped shirt.

Never watched any of these shows and never will, but I assume they do like the fishing shows : catch and release

Besides, dey all scream "Shoot him! Shoot him!," and dey don't seem to be shootin' blanks.

Years ago, I met up with a real country talking guy in a restaurant in Alaska. His voice and accent really stood out there. He's a genuinely friendly and enjoyable guy.

His name is Russell Knight and he had a show that was apparently dropped called "Mounted In Alaska." He is originally from the Jackson, MS area.

South Louisiana is a wonderful place to visit an some of the best fishing in the world. Its also
unlike any place I've ever been. People really do live out in the swamp and travel by boat. The show is scripted but the scenery is beautiful.

A stainless steel .22 with a composite stock would make so much sense...but they don't seem to opt for that.

I really dig driving down Rt 23 to Venice and back. Only place in the world where Subway pours brown gravy all over your Roast Beef sub:mrgreen: Bonus points for stopping at Ben Becnel's orchard and picking up a fresh bag of oranges.
