    I was outside, walking with the pup and the heavens looked so intense, so certain and yet so uncertain.

    When I stepped inside and read he was gone, I felt I understood.

    Did anybody try unplugging him and plugging him back in again?

    Dude outlived his prognosis by 50 years and did some great work. He’ll be missed.
