Got a new Tonepros II TOM bridge and it seems that one of the saddles is missing the little retaining spring that hold the screw in place.

Bought it online, sealed in new package. It hardly seems worth trying to hassle for a return/exchange. With the way these things can pop off and disappear, there has to be a source for a pack of them or something, right?

    Help!

I had a guitar with a TonePros, I lost a little hex nut that tightened it down. I found their company info online and emailed them, asking if I could purchase one or two. I had bought the guitar used, so I thought they wouldn't help. They sent me two or three, no charge whatsoever. Great Company. I suggest you try that, this was about 3 or 4 years ago, hopefully they are still great! Good luck.

Marquis Distribution seems to have close communication with the manufacturer and may be able to help. Otherwise are you talking about an E-clip? they're available at hardware stores.
