Simple wiring with no switch

I've got two teles I'm working on, and on one of the guitars, I'd like to wire it so that I have no tone control, or a switch. A simple two volume pot set up so I can blend in the bridge pickup with regular old CTS 250k pots.

My question is, what do I do to remove the switch? Where do I then solder the connections that would go to the switch?

Like in this example, how do I reduce this wiring to remove the switch?

Did you already have that pic downloaded, or were you just faster at finding it and getting it on than I was?:)
