This thread just broke the 10K posts mark
I know this is from 7 years ago, but was doing a web search for another reason, and found this forum. I can tell you with absolute certainty what he is now using on his board, as he has been using my pedals for almost 2 years now.
His current set up is:
'Vintage' Akai Headrush
Boss Super Chorus
Boss Pitch Shifter Delay
AMP "Dave's Phaze": Normally called Nathan's Phaze after the Chameleons song - but this was a special version for Dave so was renamed. It's basically a phaser, with the option to also adjust the waveform from triangle to sawtooth and reverse sawtooth to give some more extreme effects.
AMP "Sonixcite": The same effect as a rack based aural exciter, but in a pedal.
AMP "Tube Screamer": Twin channel all valve boost / overdrive pedal, with additional overall boost gain. Stack in a box!
He is also about to take delivery of an anlog chorus, analog delay and optical tremolo pedal from me, so in about 3 weeks it will be including these too.
The cases are unique to Dave as well, in plain aluminium with copper knobs, and graphics based on artwork close to Dave. I also sent him extra copper knobs for the Akai.
He also still uses an ebow plus extensively, and plays mainly Microfrets and Alden guitars.

So, I decided to build my own pedalboard (again). The fist was constructed of wood. It did its' job, but I needed something more. I built my new board out of 1/8" black powder coated aluminum.
I wanted it to be self contained so I built in the Mic Stand holder (it's a Pearl BT-3 Tom Mount) and also can stow the Mic Stand and cable harness in the lid.
It's what we call a "Live-In" board so all you have to do is remove the lid, tighten the Mic Stand, plug into the locking 1/4" jacks and away we go!!!
The power cord connects to the board with the Powercon connector (pretty sweet!!).
Here are some images for you to take a look at...

Built one, dig it
It's little. But it does what I need.
Wait you have a tube screamer mini, and a smaller tube screamer mini?
I need an adult beverage...
All I need is here

Re-arranged my board for rehearsal. Trio and looper, to get our drummer on track to some new songs.
A '90s Arion Stage Tuner! You're kickin' it old school! Everyone had one of those back in the day. I renamed mine "The Ubiquitous Tuner." I haven't seen one for years.
I think mine died of alcohol poisoning; i.e., someone got bumped up against the stage and spilled their beer on it, LOL
This week's version...Temple Audio Solo 18 board with a Truetone 1 Spot CS7 power supply underneath.
Custom made pedalboard that handles stereo signal from my piezo equipped guitars. This is my live gigging rig. It's a PT JR with pedals mounted above and below the PT JR. Using a modifie US Burton Tele and Gibson CS ES339 w p90 in hums pickups.
Now there's an honest man!
I've already swapped out the Pickle for a Source Audio Kingmaker fuzz since posting that pic yesterday...the madness continues...
The latest incarnation with OCD V2 added:
Guitar>TU-2>SP>BD-2>OCD>Soul Food>Yellow Fall>TR-2>Arena>NS-2>Amp
How do you like that Yellow Fall? I want an analog sounding delay on the cheap to stack with my DD-7.
I like the Yellow Fall just fine for my purposes. I don't use delay much. I have the Yellow Fall set for a little slap back.
