    anyone have a hidden neck pickup? thinking of esquiring my humbucker, anything to consider? I would guess I need a hotter pickup to make up for the pickguard/distance.

    I've never understood why you'd want a single pickup guitar until I really got to see how AWESOME they look. I'm in the process of making a cheap Tele knockoff into an esquire

    Can someone tell me why Esquires have a pickup selector despite the single pickup?

    Stonerwitch - Nice guitar mate, are the photos in an odd light or been photoshopped. Yours is a lot paler than mine and others I've seen. I wish mine was more blonde like yours than yellow like mine.

    thanks mate, no photoshop, it's the lighting in my basement i have florescent lights which make for bad pictures...mine is more yellow then blonde, but i don't mind cause my 8502 is honey blonde....:D
