    Well, the relative success of my "SHOW US YOUR TELE" thread has inspired me to start another in the same vain.

    So go ahead and show us those Esquire / Tele-Esquire's. Give a little info on them as well if you please.

    Ill start -

    Here's my 2004 Highway One conversion. Its got a custom wound pickup by Mick Brierley which puts out 9.44k with its Alnico 3 mags, white string insulator, grey bobins for that vintage flavour (affectionately known as the old_picker special :) ). I got a Wilkinson compensated 3 saddle bridge, 1 ply white pickguard and of course a tophat knob.

    alrighty then...here's my MIM 50's Esquire, black guarded and Copperhead pickup...all else is stock. It's a real mean kick ass tone machine!

    Rear position is pu straight through, no tone control....middle position is pu with tone control.....front position is pre-set bassy sound.

    Stadler built custom esquire. 2 piece ash body, light flame neck, custom Stadler pickup and it's one of the best guitars I've ever played.

    VERY NICE ESQUIRE, IS IT A REAL FENDER OR YOUR OWN BUILD GUITAR ?

    HERE IS MINE IS NOT A REAL FENDER BUT A REAL FERDEN, OWN MODDING ON A VERY CHEAP BUT VERY GOOD DIMAVERY...
    LOOK AT THE HEADSTOCK, NOW IT'S A :
    "FERDEN Diablocaster";) ;) ;)

    Mine is a very cheap partscaster, only the bridge is by fender..

    Love your one.. exactly the look I wanted...

    Here's my partscaster Esquire with Duncan BG1400 lead stack hiding under the ashtray cover. Quite the tone machine, cuts through the mix with ease.
