Love the Cali76CD, still, feeling I'm not getting the best out of it though.

I set Input volume to where hard strike just makes jewel light go yellow... is this how you are supposed to set it? This is usually around 02:00

Ratio is usually on minimum... this still sounds very compressed.

Attack around 10:00 Release around 02:00. Output set for around unity gain. Not found a meaningfull use for blend/ mix so always off.

Used both 9v and 18v power, didn't notice any difference. Advice?

Methinks you are incorrect in your wild sarcastic assumptions...

    In fact... me knows.

Me also thinks if you're going to be an unhelpful ass go be unhelpful somewhere else.

I have read the manual, its the paper printed version that came in the box with the pedal. I didn't have to go searching online like you.

Like all manuals, it tells you about all the excellent work that went into making it, what each control does, provides 3 sample settings, and suggests using 18v supply for "better processing".

Now what we have is a Compressor with 6 controls, each of which has quite a broad range and each of which will affect your signal tone. Also every control is highly interactive with all the other controls.

There are quite literally an infinite number of possible settings...

So all you good good people ( I know you are out there) ... you are invited to share your wisdom and experience HERE.

    Thank you.
