I've been trying to figure out what to call my band. Everything that I've come up with, I Google search it just to check and it's already taken.

I'd love to hear everyone's ideas to help me brainstorm a little.

that's tough. Can I suggest the follow challenge though?

-no 'cats' in the name (stray cats was a great name - they already own the name, and the cliche)
-nothing that mentions 8 balls, spades or Aces.
-I'd stay clear of 'hot rod' references as well. We get it. Rockabillies also tend to like hot rods.

My favorite names always have a fresh angle, avoid campy cliches and overly used referential imagery - while still invoking a feeling and en era. Good luck! Anything I think of, I'm keeping!

I came up with one not long ago. I even Googled it to make sure it wasn't taken............Eric Tyle and the Dysfunctions.
