It's here. My son works third shift, like his old man, and he's sleeping, so I havent' been able to check it out proper, just tuned it up...

Ric triangle/wedge fretboard inlay stickers may be in order, although I've seen dotted fretboard Rics as well

Secrets people don't know about The Beatles:
    1. John Lennon played a Rickenfaker.
    2. Paul was killed in a car crash and was replaced by a Paul-faker.

These pickups are not good. They will have to go, I'm thinking the CB Gitty minihums everyone's raving about.

Everything else seems pretty decent! It's setneck, and the feel is good. I don't like the look of the cheesy squiggle trapeze tailpiece that you see on lots of these cheapies, but it's perfectly serviceable

Those Snake Oil mini's are longer than regular mini's so you might have to break out a Dremel on your rings, they have the dimensions on their website.

Zepfan yeah I've checked out the dimensions and really they seem to be the same to me as what's already in that thing. I'll have to check very carefully before ordering, but I think that's the deal.

Better tuners would help too, although putting on a decent set of strings may solve that issue.

Come to think of it, I better hold off on ordering pickups til after I've heard what these sound like with a set of D'Adds on there

Looks nice. What's the story?? Do tell. Where did ya get it?

Do the D'Add's before you order pickups. Less expensive strings and boat rides and salt water don't mix well. You never know.

D'Add's........that cracks me up for some reason.

    Where did ya get it???

It's from our good friends at Cozart. This makes number 3 for me.
Gonna try it at rehearsal tomorrow. One of the guys has a real Ric, and luckily also a sense of humor :)

So I used this at rehearsal for my garage punk band, and the nut came off the very short output jack sleeve. I get that budget guits like this need to cut corners, but I really do wish they would stop using those super short output jack sleeves, that force you to take the thing apart when they slide inside the guitar after the nut slips off, which they seemingly inevitably do.

    Sounded pretty cool, though
