Can anyone who has done this please chime in. I am about to replace the speaker in my Pro Jr III. Do I need to remove the chassis to do this or just take the tubes out and slide out the speaker?

Yes, you have to remove chassis to get at speaker screws.

Yes you need to remove the chassis. Two screws on top, one on each side. It may be insanely tight, but it pops out.
