Hi all, anyone got any recent experience of GFS XGP necks and in particular the base maple Tele neck? Also does anyone know if they come with holes pre-drilled? I’d prefer it didn’t..

I’m considering one for my kit/partscaster.

    Any thoughts gratefully received.

No you will have to drill your own holes or both mounting the neck and whatever tuners you use. that being said they are decent necks for the money and good fret work I have a rosewood model on my telecaster and it's been on a few different guitars I like it for for what it's worth

My tele has one with mother of pearl headstock.

I have a super low action, no buzz. 09E80FF9-9D27-40F1-BF6D-B83CF24C8D35.jpeg

    I have three.

You drill your own holes, which only makes sense. No way you're going to get perfectly aligned through holes on both neck and body anyway.
